It was a very difficult time when we bought our house, but the staff at Island Homes, were very professional and put our buying experience at ease, taking out the stress, nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Chris, Michael, Kelly, Jenny and anyone else I haven’t mentioned, bent over backwards to help us buy our forever home. They were always only a phone call away, there was always someone on hand to help us, we can’t thank them enough. We are so happy in our new home, but if we ever have to move again, we will use Island Homes. Highly recommended, thank you so much.

Chris Dakin very expertly conducted the viewings on our behalf. Sunday - day of rest. Monday AM we accepted a fabulous offer (above asking) from a lovely family. Superb professionalism from Chris and Michael Upward sealed the deal in less than 96 hours! They sold our house in under 3 working days - and for an offer over the asking price. They put our chain together for us and provided weekly progress reports. GoogleAbove and beyond service! Chris, Michael, Jenny and Kelly have supported us throughout the whole EWS1 Form crisis. They have kept us updated and reassured they even kept an eye on our empty apartment and watered the plants! We cannot recommend them enough after their service, through what ended up being a very painful two years.
