GoogleCame to Mickle Hill on the 10th April this Year. The whole Experience, from the Original Contact with The Marketing Staff and Introduction to the Facilities and Residents has been incredible. This has been a complete change of Lifestyle but the Adjustment and Transition has proved most worthwhile. We share the views of the many people we have met here “It’s probably the best thing we have ever done’ particularly at this time in our lives. GoogleI have lived in a retirement village for independent living for the over 60’s in Pickering, North Yorkshire, which was taken over by Rangeford Villages from MHA, since which, the village has completely changed.
It has become more like a care home and the service a well being charges have escalated.
This year, the charges have risen by over 18% p.a. leaving elderly residents feeling financially insecure.
The facilities and location is very good and the properties are, on the surface , very attractive ( many maintenance jobs outstanding).
This company exploits elderly people.

The staff manager at this place is unprofessional . Doesn’t care about over worked and under payed staff.. doesn’t care if that reflects on the people living here and paying good money for an unprofessional service.. all down to the management! The team try their best but it falls on ignorant self centred ears! Management henge needed at the very least!!
