GoogleJacob was warm, friendly and professional throughout a lengthy and difficult sales process (I was executor of the estate of a local resident, but live 250 miles away!). He provided positive and helpful advice at all times, was patient (when needed!) and prodded me repeatedly (when needed!) to ensure the buyer was kept informed of progress. I would recommend this firm to sellers or buyers alike.

GoogleWe were very lucky that Mark knew our requirements for our new house. Within 24 hours of a house coming to Mark's attention we had seen it. We had a bit of a strange chain and some issues with the sellers solicitors but Mark kept us calm and got us over the line! Plus Mark recommended our removers which did a great job too. Highly recommended Estate Agent.

GoogleMark was heavily involved from the outset. He talked me through anything I didn’t understand and pointed me in the right direction if he didn’t have the answer. He supported me when I really needed it, fighting alongside me when unforeseen issues arose. Many a time I felt like I wasn’t being heard by any of the solicitors involved, Mark empathised and did everything he could to get everyone’s attention. Thank you for providing a great service.
