YellTradesman, home owners, tenants AVOID
Tradesman be warned! You’ll be working at properties where tenants have been waiting weeks if not months for minor repairs let alone anything more serious and when the works complete you’ll be waiting longer for payment whilst lord mitham sits behind his desk watching explicit content in front of female staff with complete disregard. We won’t be working for the business again that’s for certain. Properly owners and tenants AVOID at all costs.

YellDon’t rent from him
Don't rent from him The property we rented from him was in a terrible state. We were advised after 11 years of renting one of his properties that we would not be out of pocket. We added secondary double glazing, a new bathroom and loads more and asked nearly next to nothing from him. The waste removal from property was between £500 to £1000 a year as the soak away does not work!! On moving out we lost our deposit and he even tried claiming for cleaning when I painted all walls throughout. We were not allowed back to collect things we left on the understanding we would not be out of pocket, including our £500 wood burner. We lost our deposit and our goods!!!

We are sorry you feel this way, however, we have been attempting to deal with your issues since you vacated the property in February. We advised on more than one occasion that the property was not suitable for yourselves, for reasons you are aware of, but you did not wish to vacate. The deposit was not completely withheld and the part not in dispute was refunded to yourselves. In accordance with the terms of the Deposit Protection Scheme (custodial) - "11. Having considered the evidence, on balance, I find that the tenant breached the terms of the tenancy agreement by failing to pay the rent as stated in the tenancy agreement. I therefore award the sum of £*** to the letting agent in settlement of the rent arrears." (4th July 2019).
