GoogleI have been searching for a property for around 18 months and the help
I have been given by Katie Lovely at Haart estate agents in Petersfield has been outstanding. Having taken note of all the important factors I have been looking for, she has tirelessly searched for my ideal new home. She has been helpful, friendly and extremely professional in her approach. She has completely understood what I have been looking for, but has also called me to discuss properties that do not tick all the boxes but have great potential. She is a real credit to Haart.

GoogleI don't normally write a review of any description but was compelled to in this particular case.
I generally felt it warranted some recognition of some sort.
I went into the Petersfield office and was greeted by a young lady called Katie who I must say was exceptional.
I was having problems with my existing estate agents for a various amount of reasons. Katie basically talked to me like she was a friend she had known for a long time. She put me at ease and talked me through all my options.
I did not have any pressures from her to "sign up immediately" and she really listened to what I wanted.
I have told her if I do not sell my house within the few weeks I have left on my contract, I will not hesitate to be using Haart estate agency.
A breath of fresh air and an asset to the company. Thank you Katie.

GoogleHaving used Haarts before on arental property I decided to use them again on my own property. Unfortunately the staff all changed whilst i was selling the property but Karen Clark took over my sale on behalf of Haarts. Karen quickly established herself and provided a strong bond with me and took the strain on a property I eventually found to buy. Karen kept me informed at all times and has been more than helpful all the way through. Like always it is the person rather than the company that you deal with and Karen has been first class.

GoogleWent into the Haart office the other day as I am thinking of renting in petersfield. Katie Lovely was really helpful and although they don't do rentals in that office she gave me lots of information about the town and other local areas.

GoogleBrilliant service, Sam Baker couldn’t have been more helpful in helping us look for our first home, he responded to emails really quickly and always let me know if a property came up that fitted our needs. He would also suggest other properties he thought could have the potential to meet our needs, but at no point made us feel pressured Into viewing or purchasing a property like many others have.

GoogleWe recently bought a bungalow in petersfield and we dealt with a young lady Katie Lovely she wasn't acting for us but she did her utmost to make sure that we secured this bungalow always liasing with the vendor and keeping us updated.
She went the extra mile on what for us was a very bumpy journey. Such professionalism does her credit. We thank you so much for helping and sticking with us Katie right to the end. A credit to the estate agency profession.

GoogleWell things got off to a slightly shaky start. Stuart leaving left me with Karen and Sam who were both amazing at supporting me through the sale and completion of my flat to house move. They were there when I really had had enough and needed to rant. They were there to help me negotiate the purchase of my house. It was a very difficult process considering and they were professional and candid in the exact measures. Thank you haart for a quick sale agreement and a good price. Thank you all
