Lisa Mears and Kelly Killai from the Woodingdean branch managed the sale if our late father's house. They were both very sensitive to our situation which was lovely. Both were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and local market. Nothing was too much trouble and they put up with my many questions happily.

Heidi at Cubitt & West in Ashington has been an absolute diamond! It has been a long and painful road to buy a property, but flat number 4 was meant to be obviously (other properties with different agents)! Also, I must thank James, their financial advisor for his excellent work, he’s made me realise my full purchase potential and never had a silly question been a problem for him.Honestly don’t think I’d be anywhere near to completion without Heidi and James! I don’t have enough words to thank them properly.
Heid and her team pride themselves on the service they provide every customer, I am delighted to hear that they and James were able to help you during what must have been a very stressful time.

I decided to go with Cubit and West, due to the sales pitch by Claire Mansell which was very impressive. Once I had prepared the house for sale, photographs and a video tour were taken and sent to their Data base of potential buyers, the house was immediately viewed and an offer excepted before the house went live on their web-site, Zoopla or Rightmove.I was kept up to date on the progress of the sale at every step of the way, mainly by Cailean Burns, he normally answered the phone and was always happy to answer my questions and queries.They are also dealing with the sale of my girlfriends house sale and once again Cailean has been the main point of contact and has been happy to chase any questions and issues on that sale too.I was very happy with the whole process.

For the past six months They have been trying to sell my property with Cubitt and West I can’t praise them enough! The team in Horley is absolutely outstanding… from their communication style to the level of professionalism is spot on. I have been dealing with Ellie, Siobhan, and Ben, who are so understanding about your time limitations, routine etc…. As the property I own, has its quirks, I had to rely on their diligence and devotion to be able to find the right person for it. ! Which happened! May I also mention that if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t know that my lease, although it was extended, it wasn’t registered!Can’t thank you enough Cubit and west Horley

Late last year we put my mums property on the market with Cubitt and West (Southsea) as we had used them before and were very happy with them. With prompt attention it was on the market by Christmas and early in the New year we had an offer! sadly the buyer pulled out 6 weeks later, but the property was promptly back on the market and soon we had another offer which is progressing well. I have been very impressed with Cubitt & West, Redhill. Kristine Capule, especially, listened to my requirements carefully when I put my property on the market, and she managed to secure a buyer extremely quickly. She was also spot on to suggest properties that I might be interested in, which helped me to find a new property I wanted to buy quickly too. Kristine is extremely professional, courteous and she is a careful listener and has the expertise to get you fast to the next step when it comes to selling and buying property. Nothing is too much trouble, and she is always happy to assist with any additional queries one might have. We have recently sold our property through Cubitt & West and could not recommend the southsea branch enough. We instantly warmed to Maddison the moment she came to do a valuation and throughout the whole journey, she has been invaluable. Amelia and Emily have been incredible whilst conducting viewings and as a result, we sold within just a few days.The entire team has also helped us with our own property search and we have felt nothing but supported and listened to. The marketing and sale of our property by Zoey and the subsequent co-ordination with our purchase by Julie was first class. Zoey showed more interest and requested more knowledge of our home than the competition. She knew exactly who to market it to, and as a result it was sold after two viewings and only two days on the market.Our combined sale and purchase involved a chain which has required constant communication with all parties and Julie has been instrumental in getting everyone to the finishing line.

The whole experience from start to finish has been very professional from Cubitt and West. Siobhan initially got the property on the market swiftly and got buyers queueing up. Communication was clear, concise and just when I needed it to keep me on track. The team in the background like Lindy and Aumit kept the sale moving along with patience and diligence. We even had the usual chain issues but everybody stayed calm and alert and we finally exchanged without any issues. All in all the team at Cubitt and West deserve five stars.

Over the moon with the service we have received from the Horley branch.After speaking to four estate agents about putting our house on the market, we were immediately drawn to Siobhan. She was incredibly friendly, professional and we loved her approach!! We were soon greeted by Ellie who works with Siobhan and together they got the house on the market quickly and kept me in the loop throughout. I have rented from cubitt and west for nearly 8 years. Marcus who is head of lettings in portsmouth is the most kindest and easiest man to get on with. He has always listened to all my needs and helps me every step of the way to get the right home I need from start to finish. He has great communication and is always easy to get hold off and always gets back to me promptly. Emily has offered advice on brokers and mortgages which so far no other estate agent has volunteered. Absolutely amazing, from the moment Maddie sat in our living room and talked about our property and sale, we had confidence in Cubitt and West. We had been thinking about selling for a while and had already had some disappointing almost disinterested agents around but Maddie was realistic and full of enthusiasm. The team organised viewings to fit in with us perfectly, marketed our property brilliantly keeping us in the loop every step of the way and best of all sold within days. It was all so easy and almost stress free (no move is ever stress free!). If you are exploring your options and not sure where to go I honestly cannot recommend Cubitt and West Highly enough.
