If there were less than 1 I would give it.Put on market with them as wanted a property that they had. Took a week to get a viewing, took £135 for the deluxe package and nothing happened had to chase up photogrspher, etc, they are rude, unprofessional and I asked for a refund. No apology or could be bothered to ask why

GooglePoor customer service, very slow, all paperwork has actually to be completed by customer-self online. Most annoying time consuming highly priced "service". Where are the lanflords/ladies themselves??? What for are such agents? All of them look like had a sleepless clubbing night before, clothes dirty, hairy, makeups flaky, hair in bed-head styling. Having a sandwich while on the phone customer is put on hold...Could go on and on.

Booked a week ago to value my House so today 45 minutes before the valuer was due to arrive ,we get a phone call saying he is running late can he come in the Evening,or any time apart from the time booked.One crap company and will never use them again .You dont do that to potential new business so annoyed for screwing up my day .

I had a property viewing with them today, after waiting for 15min no one showed up. After calling them I found out my appointment has been canceled by the agent. I have not received an email nor a phone call.I would not be conducting business with them anymore, this is not a way to do business.

I'm trying to buy a property and those greedy Agents wont let me view property because I'm not using they mortgage advisors. I've contacted them about numerous properties but they even wont return emails or calls as they already know I don't want to use their dodgy advisors with elevated fees, disgrace where is free market!!!!!

After organizing a viewing for two properties without much hassle, the follow up was non-existent. As a student, sorting housing out for the next year can be a stressful time. After liking one of the properties and emailing them to express our interest, no reply was received. Then after emailing them for a second time, still no reply has been received.Utterly useless!

GoogleViewed a selection of properties with Liveta and she was fantastic. Understood my personal situation and requirements and listened to what I was looking for. The excellent service has continued throughout the whole process and she has gone above and beyond to assist me. Very impressed!

They don't take properties which have been sold off the market so it's misleading and make you lose time! Unprofessional. Additionally, they don't follow requests about the way to contact you. I prefer to be contacted via email or message as I work nights, but they still will be giving you a call...

All of the team in the lettings department have shown real care and attention with vetting each tenant. At times they have gone above and beyond to secure good tenants for us. We will be using them for many years to come.

TERRIBLE...the communication is beyond embarrassing, property is literally thrown on to the market at a random price and left to sit there as they want their advertising boards around town. It's well known this company is NOT the best locally, they just have more money to push their business. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

The worst estate agent company ever. I dealt with a Jerome in Barking and not only was he rude and aggressive he was completely useless! Didnt tell us of a number of offers and was impossible to get hold of. He lied and was appalling throughout. Would never use again.

After finding a property with them I was told about the fees but when I paid them and wanted to pay the deposit and first moth's rent I was told there was another fee bringing it to £650. What is more they sold my personal data to Spark Energy and changed my energy supplier to Spark energy without mine or my landlord's consent.

Very unprofessional agent. Initially mentioned to me that a viewing needs to be rescheduled as the tenant wasn’t home, rescheduled to the next day. Next day she does not answer calls and when I reach the location I find no one is available. The following day the house is listed as Let agreed. Waste of time dealing with an agency like this.

Poor service at Fakenham. Took house of market mistakenly. Our buyer only got it by insisting they contact me.Pressured to accept a risky bid.Once under offer, no contact. They never bothered to chase and update etc. I had to chase them. Very poor.I would not use again.

GoogleVery helpful throughout my application and no matter what hurdle was put in my way they did everything possible to help me find a pet friendly property. I was in constant contact with them updating my progress and they were constantly doing everything in their power to help me. I highly recommend them if you want good, helpful friendly service

I had a viewing booked for a property. I was the first person looking to view the property. They then called me up a day after and told me I could not view the property due to someone having corona virus however within a few days of them cancelling the viewing the house is suddenly sold.

Do not use this estate agent unless you thrive on stress, enjoy being lied to and can wait for months to move house. They are incompetent and inefficient and so are their dedicated conveyancing companies. When looking for an estate agent go by recommendations, there are good ones out there you just have to be patient and take the time to find them.
