GoogleI'm pleased to say that it was only the best experience dealing with this agency. As I need to move from London to Peterborough there was a lot stress but Chris Green helped me out through all the processes. He guide me from first step till the last one, was with me anytime I needed him. I won't be wrong, saying that he is a professional at what he's doing. And if he's not the best, then I don't know what is it then.

GoogleMade an appointment be for 2nd lockdown to view a house for sale (it has tenants at moment) . We arrived to find they were unaware of our visit. Luckily they were quite happy to show us round. No-one from WHB rang us for feedback. After allowing a few days, and as we really liked the house, we rang the office, only to be told it was the tenants fault, (yet both were unaware).

GoogleWilliam H brown has helped me find my first property, which I feared would be a daunting experience, however, agent Chris had made the entire process seamless and calming, guiding and advising me on each step that needed to be taken. From this I have moved into the property we spoke of and haven't felt more calm, I would highly recommend this company especially for first time buyers and letters

GoogleDo not use them. Paid everything on time. When I moved. The agency tried to make claims for things that were already broken. Do not trust this company. If you let with them take photos of every little broken thing. Otherwise they will try to claim as damage. Be aware!! Not honest company!

GoogleAll the problems of renting from a private landlord, with the extra cost of estate agents. The check out says i left their poorly maintained flat in better nick than when i started tenancy, still trying to with hold my deposit.
