GoogleIf i could give them more stars I would. The whole team were brilliant but Sabi Kooner, from valuation to completion, was absolutely amazing. She got us through the whole process at record speed. Nothing was too much trouble, at any time of day, or on several occasions, at night. I cannot put it into words how highly I recommend using the Perton team. Thank you

GoogleOur experience with Your Move in Perton so far has been excellent. From initial contact Sabi has offered us a great deal of advice and support we could not have asked for more so thank you Sabi! From presentation of our house for sale the Pictures/Video tours we felt looked amazing we think Simon did a great job. Not to forget the team of course Stuart and Kerry have worked so hard arranging viewings and follow up. Fantastic support from them too. Wow … tremendous results so far so much so we had 8 viewings within the first 3 days over the weekend all with excellent responses. You couldn’t ask for more. Thanks for all your support so far!! GoogleFantastic service from Sabi and her team. We sold our house and everything was really straightforward. Sabi and the team are great at ensuring everything is pushed through quickly. We often found it easier to ask the estate agent for advice than our solicitor as they were much quicker at replying. Would definitely use again If I had to make one area for improvement, it would be that when we were having our viewings the estate agent that was accompanying us was late almost every time. They would show up right on the dot of the viewing or occasionally around 5 mins late. This was a bit awkward when it was just us and the viewer waiting for the agent.

GoogleYour Move, Perton, acted for the seller in our recent purchase and were outstanding, particularly George. He was our point of contact throughout and was incredibly proactive in keeping things moving in a protracted and difficult transaction; he really went above and beyond what we could have expected. Communication was consistently excellent, with our agent and solicitors kept completely up to date throughout all the trials and tribulations! It was also obvious that they were a close knit team - even when George was unavailable, Sabi, Stuart and Nadia were clearly fully informed and happy to help keep things moving. We would have no hesitation in recommending Your Move.

GoogleHad an appointment booked, and didn't tell me that the house had been sold a week before. Pretty much the worst kind of estate agent, that gets the sale and doesn't care about cancelling the booked viewings to come. Very poor service.

GoogleAs first time renters, we probably had more questions than most! Nadia was helpful throughout the process and when we emailed a question there was an extremely quick response. Once we had found the right home, the process was unbelievably fast - taking much of the stress out of the move. Being in the midst of lockdown, all the documents had to be reviewed and signed electronically. This worked extremely well. I would be happy to use YourMove again and would definitely recommend to others.PositiveProfessionalism
