GoogleRang Savills (Perth) today to enquire about local property prices. Understandable that they focus on their own clients, but was literally told that since I wasn’t a client buying or selling through them, they couldn’t help. A little independent Guidance was all I was looking for, even a brief call back or five minutes of someones time would have sufficed. Overall, not the level of service I expected from such a reputable company.

GoogleStephanie Clarke was our first contact at Savills and we could not fault her at all, even when she was taking a few days off she was still emailing from the ferry on which she was travelling. It is difficult to know when to accept an offer or wait for a better one but she gave us all the information we needed to make a wise decision.
After we had accepted an offer the rest of the team kept us aware of progress, we never had to chase anyone for more information.
We would not hesitate to engage Savills at Perth again.
