Great estate agent, went above and beyond to sell our house. Really good with communication, always answers emails and phone calls promptly. Answered any queries we had during the process. After an easy sale of my parents house this EA did very little to help with progressing the sale. After being told how poorly they were performing, their work response was the bare minimum and lacking in intelligence (easily fobbed off with excuses from parties involved and made no challenge to get things moving).
This was the kind of service that gives EA’s in general a bad reputation.

After sale is conveyancing cycle. We did monitor and advised that as your buyer lives on a new estate the council do not adopt the highway and it is dealt with by a management company. The information from them took a long time to come through and caused the delay. Completely out of our control. We also spoke to both you and the buyers solicitors on several occasions but there was nothing that could be done to resolve.
Incidentally your co executor and brother came into the office with the keys for completion and his attitude was opposite to yours. Thanked us and said very pleased.!!

GoogleBe very aware of these people, we were promised at least 12x a call back only got 3.from the point off making an offer the lies started , there was a problem with the sale but its OK now!! Like he'll it was they were fully aware of a major problem which held up the sale by 7 months and had lost them two previous sales.and the sellers told us that they knew it was tied up at land registry 2 months before our offer, This lie alone cost us thousands in temporary accomodation, you should be very aware of checking out anything these people tell you, only interested in commission.we are know getting our solicitor to file with the ombudsman's official complaint .

Afternoon
I have just had all the computer notes printed and read.
There was a problem but not with this property. It was two links further up the chain and NOT being dealt with by us.
You had memo on 21/10 and we were advised by the issue was resolved and moving forward.
Land registry confirmed 22/11 they were dealing with but unable to give time frame.
1/12 conversation with you explaining you want to get In before Christmas you were”prepared to stick with it and see how pans out”. So your decision.
You asked for compensation which was not forthcoming by the vendor so could have pulled out and bought elsewhere on 13/12.
The matter dragged on waiting for the Land Registry which we more anyone else could do about.
You should have referred to your legal advisor not us for legal updates but we tried to help. We agree deals and help where can but are not conveyancers. Legal hold ups are simply that and you could have pulled at anytime. No one expected it to go on as long as it did but it was not directly linked to us or the property you purchased.
Notes are date and negotiator stamped .
I there fore feel your review and comments are extremely unfair and incorrect.
I have also been advised this morning to,consider a libel action against you for the content as it simply not a true account.
Should you wish to withdraw it I will for the time being leave it at that.

Not the best quote considering they lied to us and wasted our time. Would not recommend these guys. The customer service is awful. Gave them our information and only got a call back about the house had been sold even though they were trying to sort out the lease. Brilliant.
As you can see they take the reviews very seriously in the comments. You already have our details please don't play dumb.
