GoogleWe used Stacey Mann to buy a cottage in Newlyn. I have to say, all staff were fantastic, coming out at short notice and at odd hours to facilitate our purchase. They were all on hand to answer any queries we had and were very responsive to any messages. We would recommend buying or selling a property through them. Thank you to the whole Stacey Mann team but especially Emily and Henrietta.

They were very good at their job, easy to communicate with and always believed in the property and worked hard for us, from taking professional photographs and videos to viewings, marketing and negotiating. GoogleNot used as a seller, but looking to buy in the PZ area. Could someone please explain to Stacey Mann that it’s not 2021 and those Covid era valuations are for the birds. Please consider realistic valuations, otherwise SMs properties languish unsold for many months, if not years before the inevitable reductions. This simply wastes sellers and buyers time. Best wishes.

GoogleWanted to downsize my three bedroom house to a small one bedroom dwelling and found the PERFECT one for a fantastic price, made an enquiry and wanted to view it immediately but was told the council had denied it to be used as a home, was told by them there was an appeal that would take 3-4 months, I asked to be kept informed and that I'll keep my eye on the property. Found out today it's been sold SSTC and when I chased Stacey Mann up I got just one line blunt replies/emails. Guess I'll sell my house through someone else then.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough about Stacey Mann Estates. The whole Team (with a capital 'T') could not have been more professional, friendly, helpful, and approachable. In the original meeting with Stacey, he took time to explain in detail exactly what the procedure would be. He asked for my thoughts, concerns and opinions and I can say that all of them were taken into consideration by his Team. Emma Carter was my agent and throughout the whole process Emma kept me fully informed.- she personally contacted me regarding all viewings, offers and comments. Emma was so friendly but highly professional too - it was the perfect 'balance' and I had total confidence in her at all times. The Team are local, the business is local and from speaking to the buyers I know that the 'personal touch' impressed them too. Well done and thank you to Stacey Mann Estates!

GoogleBeen messaging them for 10 days asking to view a property, keep getting told someone else is viewing the property so we get put back of the que and there's already offers in place. Terrible service, we have a 400k property we would have sold with them as well.
The problem is Julio this is a very popular property and we have carried out two large blocks of viewings and have active offers on the table. It’s also a very sensitive sale so we have been instructed to do block viewings only but you couldn’t make the times work. I can see an email to you from a colleague to let you know as soon as we know if another block is to happen. Also your property isn’t on the market yet. We act on our vendors instructions.

GoogleWe placed the marketing of our home in Penzance with Stacey Mann Estates and they were brilliant throughout. From the first phone call right the way through to handing them our keys after completion, all of the contact with them was courteous, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The sales particulars were excellent, the video tour was a work of art and Henrietta managed the viewing days and subsequent enquiries seamlessly. We were updated with progress on the sale regularly and luckily, whilst there weren't many problems to overcome, we received very helpful support and advice from Stacey and the team. We cannot recommend Stacey Mann Estates highly enough!

GoogleCalled to request a viewing on a property in St George's Road in Hayle. Immediately told by an abrupt lady that they are only showing the property to fully proceedable buyers. Not a problem.for me as I confirmed that I had no house to sell and an AIP in place for more than the asking price. I was then transferred to another rude lady who condescendingly quizzed me further, told me the house needed lots of work and said she didn't think it would fit in with my plans. Not sure what plans she was referring to as until that point, all I had been given the opportunity to do was answer their quick fire questions. Suffice to say, I didn't manage to book a viewing. I hope the owner isn't expecting a quick sale as, based on my experience, you need to pass a few tests to be allowed to see the property. A shame really as a project like this house is just what we are looking for.

GoogleI contacted Stacy Manns 5 days ago with regards to reviewing a property they have for sale in Newlyn, I got a response after a day acknowledging my email but since nothing! I have sent two further emails to two different email addresses over this week and still nothing. So we still haven't been able to book a viewing for the property they have advertised for sale. Highly disappointed and will never look to purchase a house through Stacey Manns again! Likewise i think it would be good for the owners of the property in Newlyn to be aware of how unresponsive they have been with regards to a potential sale for their property.
