TrustpilotExcellent Service Once Again
This was the second time we used the services of Move2here to sell our house and can't thank Berian and Gwyn enough. From initial contact to completion the service provided was excellent. Everything explained every step of the way and lots of great advice provided when asked. Would highly recommend Move2here to anyone looking to sell their property.
Thank you Steve & Ellie

Trustpilot100% recommend
The service we received was excellent throughout. Gwyn & Berian were really supportive and gave great advice and honest feedback. They responded promptly to questions and kept us updated. Selling your home and moving is a stressful experience and it was hugely reassuring to feel that they were always doing their best for us. I would 100% recommend.

FacebookI genuinely cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They really went above and beyond to help us sell my Dad’s flat. Their outstanding knowledge of the market in the area, the potential buyers, local tradespeople etc made a very difficult process so much smoother and easier for us. They helped out every step of the way in any way they could, communicating regularly to keep us updated. Thank you so much for everything!
Thank you Sarah, your kind words are very much appreciated.

TrustpilotSale and Purchase
Move 2 Here handled both the sale of our old house and purchase of our new house. We can honestly say that Gwyn and Berian go above and beyond. We had a long chain which inevitably ended up with some complications, but Gwyn always confidently handled these issues and ensured that the sale went through. Excellent communication throughout the process, and was always open and honest. Excellent knowledge of the local housing market. We are very grateful to them both for all of their hard work. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling locally.
Thank you for your kind words

TrustpilotFantastic service from start to finish!
Fantastic estate agents from start to finish, went above and beyond to help us buy our first home. Kept us up to date throughout and nothing was too much! Would thoroughly recommend for anyone looking to purchase in the area, thank you Gwyn and Berian!

TrustpilotHaving sold and bought with Gwyn and…
Having sold and bought with Gwyn and Berian a few months ago I can say they were invaluable to us. They guided us swiftly through the whole complicated process and nothing was too much trouble. They have exceptional local knowledge as they live in our village. We took advice from Gwyn to raise our asking price over another estate agent’s valuation and sold within weeks. In our opinion you need no other estate agents as they are 2nd to none
Thank you Jane, it was a pleasure to help.

TrustpilotSeller of Pntyrch House
I recently sold my house through move2here, and they handled a really complex, long property chain exceptionally well. Gwyn was incredibly responsive, keeping me updated every step and chasing solicitors and other parties to keep things moving smoothly. This was far better than my experiences with other estate agents. Highly recommend them.

FacebookWe have been very impressed by the highly professional service provided by Gwyn and Berian whilst selling my father’s bungalow. The sale was ultimately delayed by waiting for probate. Gwyn and Berian were always supportive and ready to answer questions and give advice. They were sensitive as to when to leave us in peace and when to push the sale ahead. Their local knowledge was very helpful.
Thank you Phillipa

TrustpilotMove2here
We had an excellent experience selling our late mum’s house with Move2here. What could have been a very difficult and emotional time was made so much easier thanks to the friendly, professional service provided by Gwyn and Berian. They always answered our calls and emails promptly and kept us fully informed about every development throughout the process. We received regular updates and feedback after each viewing, and their knowledge of the market and local area was outstanding. They went above and beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent, offering support and help at every stage. We truly appreciate everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Move2here to anyone looking to sell their home.
Thank you Hayley, it was a pleasure to help.

TrustpilotAlways use local independent agents. Highly recommend Move2Here
I engaged Move2Here earlier this year to sell an ex rental property. It was marketed promptly, with good photography and we had early interest, albeit the 1st offer turned out to be from a time waster. A new buyer was found quickly and the sale was completed successfully. Gwyn and Berian are always available by phone only WhatsApp and take on board the needs of their clients. Gwyn also sold a rental for us a few years ago and was excellent from start to end.
Thank you, it was a pleasure to help.

TrustpilotSuper estate agents!
Move2here ( Gwyn and Berian) have been outstanding in the process of selling our house, finding me a house to buy and also finding me a rental so I could break the chain all in the same village of Pentyrch. Gwyn in particular has really looked after my interests. Very attentive and done their best in a very difficult and slow market for selling our category of house (6 beds). However they made the process as painless as possible and very easy. Thank you so much
Thank you Karen, it was a pleasure to help.

TrustpilotMove 2 Here were great to work with
Move 2 here were the agents of the house we were buying. And they couldn't have been more helpful from the 1st viewing all the way through to completion. They also did a superb job of selling the house including the presentation of it. If I was ever to sell again I'd use Move 2 Here
Thabk you Dan & Lowri, we were glad to help.

FacebookWe wholeheartedly recommend the service offered by Move2Here. We had a very bad and expensive experience with an online estate agent before working with Move2here. What a difference! Gwyn was been unstintingly supportive throughout the selling process. He is very skilled at building a rapport with viewers and has made sure our property has had the best possible exposure. Both Gwyn and Berian know the locality and the housing range inside out and offer valuations based on detailed knowledge of their area. We have been met with honesty and integrity throughout. Do not be tempted to overlook the value that a local agent can provide. Selling with Move2here has been stress free and has allowed us to trust the whole selling process once again. Thanks both - we hope your business continues to go from strength to strength!!

FacebookMoving house alone after decades in Pentyrch was bound to be a stressful experience. Gwyn promised extra support in the form of personal and comprehensive communication whenever I needed information or reassurance. He certainly delivered on his promise. It was very helpful to be able to speak in person, have messages promptly answered and to be able to drop in for a chat whenever I had queries or worries. His approach goes above and beyond the role of estate agent. He also produced a careful and attractive brochure for my home. Many thanks for all the recommendations, explanations and attention during the selling process.

TrustpilotGwyn & Berian have been excellent
Gwyn & Berian have been excellent. I have been supported through the whole process. They were totally honest and explained why the price estimate was arrived at, rather than over estimating (in order the get the business), and then dealing with lower offers. The best accolade I can give them, is that they are trustworthy!!
Thank you Mike, it was a pleasure to help.

FacebookI sold my house with Move2Here estate agents recently and they were amazing. During his first visit Gwyn suggested some areas that would benefit from a bit of redecorating and updating to improve the value, which I was happy to undertake, and it all paid off at the end of the day because the house sold quickly and we got the full asking price. Gwyn was well informed and very supportive throughout, every time we hit a snag because of the Covid epidemic, or some other event, Gwyn would turn up with helpful advice and we got it sorted. Very pleased with the service and would recommend them without hesitation.
Thank you Ian

FacebookHaving recently sold and bought properties with Move 2 Here, we highly recommend these estate agents. Berian and Gwyn make a great team who are very knowledgeable about property in and around Pentyrch being locals themselves. They both went above and beyond their duties to ensure our move was completed swiftly with constant communication therefore- stressless!
Thank you, we are very much, for your kind words.

TrustpilotMove2here: Friendly and professional
Being a Landlord these days can be time consuming and complected. Move2here have helped me to find suitable tenants through their rigorous vetting procedures, and now manage my properties, relieving me of all the headaches for a very modest management fee. I would highly recommend them to any private Landlord.

TrustpilotWe use Move2Here for selling & letting
We use Move2Here for both selling, letting and managing our properties. Thoroughly endorse all previous reviews. Professional service from start to finish, not pushy if you're not ready. I introduced them to friends who were considering down sizing and Gwyn talked them out of it.
Thank you Marion.
