FacebookA massive thank you to June who has helped us navigate a rollercoaster of emotions during the buying process. She has kept us as informed as possible the entire way through and has been genuinely invested in our purchase! Although our (should have been) straightforward no chain purchase went pear shaped, we have finally exchanged contracts and can’t wait to be in our new home. Thanks for making it happen! 😁
Thank you Hannah, it certainly has been a rollercoaster for both yourselves and the sellers but we got there in the end. We hope you will be very happy in your beautiful home

GoogleI’m extremely happy to recommend Arnison Heelis Estate Agents in Penrith. I largely dealt with June Michael, whose help was invaluable. June was professional, kind, friendly always ready to answer any of our questions. Selling a property can be stressful but June took the stress away with her positive attitude and good humour. Thank you, June for leading us through the sale and having a very positive outcome. Kindest regards, Julian Hawthornthwaite

FacebookI have used Arnison Heelis estate agents on two occasions to find a tenant for my property near Yanwath. Rachel, Janet and June were very professional and efficient on both occasions and found me lovely tenants. They were a pleasure to work with and went over and above the call of Duty. I would highly recommend Arnison Heelis should you be thinking about selling or letting.

FacebookI would like to highly recommend Arnison Heelis. They are professional, honest and hard working. I would also like to give a special mention to June, who supported me though the entire sales process, from valuation to completion. She made a difficult and stressful time much easier, especially due to the relocation aspect to my move, making everything that bit more difficult.

FacebookThanks to June and Rachel for assisting us in a smooth sale of our property. Everything was dealt with professionally, quickly and I couldn't recommend their services enough. Their advice and market knowledge throughout the sale was greatly welcomed, particularly at times when we had to make decisions. We were very happy with the overall process. Thanks everyone!

Googlehaving limited staff is really nothing to do with us, but I never been called by someone to question me and then tell us to go elsewhere when they got the time and day wrong , bad bad attitude and tone on the phone rude and disrespectful and clearly done us a favour as wouldn’t want someone with this attitude selling our property anyway, clearly ready for retirement
