So Friendly and polite returned calls when they said they would(which raily happens with any company)Lizzie went above and beyond to help me in every way possible nothing was too much trouble at all. GoogleAbsolutely lovely staff and I can always get in contact with someone. I’ve needed the emergency number once and was just as quick and very helpful. I hope all property agents could be as good!! However, I cleaned and was told to take furniture or leave it and the landlord will throw (he didn’t want any furniture) so I did so and am being charged a cleaning fee now so… Besides that… lovely people.

FacebookI highly recommend The Pennine Property Group! We recently set up a property investment business and Emma was amazing in supporting us in buying one of our first properties through Pennine. Everything ran really smoothly and communication was excellent throughout. We now also use them as our agent for letting our properties and Lizzie, along with her tradesman contacts, have been fantastic meaning we can turn properties around quickly. FacebookI am renting a property with them and they’re are so lovely. I can always get in contact with someone and when I’ve had issues or enquiries about changing something they’ve had answers and quickly responded with a handy man if needed. Even in an emergency they always respond and are very helpful and kind. However, information was not relayed to me regarding old furniture meaning when leaving I’m having to pay for a cleaner despite having cleaned it myself. Despite that, can always get in contact with someone and are useful in assistance.

GoogleWe purchased our first Project Home from Lizzie at Penine Property group, we had a fantastic service from the first time we visited to exchanging contracts. The team worked well with our solicitor and kept us in the loop when required without the constant stress which some companies seem to like to share! There are lots of companies on the market who can sell houses, but there aren’t many like Penine who can problem solve on the spot should any issues arise and support buyers and sellers fairly throughout the journey. We would definitely use the Penine group again in future. Thanks All!

GoogleThe ladies here are fabulous. We were homeless, a house came up at Higham and they bent over backwards to get us in there. We can't thank them enough. They always respond swiftly to us and I don't think they realise how happy we are in this house in the perfect location that we needed. We will be eternally grateful.

GoogleMy wife and I have been working with the team at Pennine Property for the past 7 years and we cannot fault their service. Since we moved overseas they have been quick to respond to queries and support us. They made our life a lot easier throughout their management of our property and its eventual sale. When the house went on fire, they were there when we needed them and even went above and beyond during the refurbishment and finding new tenants. Thankfully, no one was hurt, however, we will never forget the help we received and would recommend the services of Pennine Property to any future landlord.
