TrustpilotWe had a smooth sale of our flat
We had a smooth sale of our flat. All the people we met from McDougall McQueen were friendly, communicative, responsive, helpful and efficient. Everything was explained to us. We are very pleased we used McDougall McQueen and would certainly use them again.

TrustpilotAbsolutely brilliant team
Absolutely brilliant team. This is the second time we have used McDougall McQueen Bruntsfield and once again the service has been exemplary. We were kept fully informed of all developments by Andrea, either with a call or email. As the sale progressed Susan from the legal team continued the excellent service. Both of whom went above and beyond our expectations during a difficult sale.

TrustpilotHave solicitors for minute of agreement for sale of house which is up for sale now
Have recently used this company for a minute agreement to be written up which I paid for £500 and then didn’t require anymore services but have further been charged £830 for which it didn’t ask for a separate minute agreement to re sent as there was one already sent to registers of Scotland for sell of house , to which ended up with rude staff members on the telephone and not very nice manners and definitely won’t be recommending this company again or using this company in future again .

FacebookI have used McDougallMcQueen for a number of years and always had excellent service and costs are reasonable for quality of service. All was going well with my sale till Covid19 struck and completion stalled. I was kept informed daily of the situation. After a tense week the sale was finally completed much my relief. Very happy and would recommend.

TrustpilotGreat Team from Start to Finish
Not having moved house for 40 years and looking to make the move from house to flat, this very big deal for me was made much more comfortable for me from start to finish by the McDougalMcqueen team. I was kept up to date with progress at all times and my anxious phonecalls and emails dealt with promptly, calmly and followed up as promised. I couldn't have felt more supported during this (for me) very stressful process. Thank you the McDougalMcQueen team - simply the best.

GoogleTwice tried to telephone the conveyancing team to deal with the sale of a property and instead of putting me through to a member of the team I was told to email them. I don't call that very good service.
