GoogleThis was my first experience of renting and it has been a good one. Getting work done was handled very efficiently with a good online system. Our landlord was pretty amazing and so helpful. The thing that worried me before I rented was getting my deposit back at the end but this was so easy. We agreed a tiny amount for sorting the garden and the balance was in my account within a day. The firm that they sub-contracted to for showing ability to afford the rent were hard work and not up to the standard of the agency itself so I would like you to look at this bu staff in the office have been helpful and efficient and I would recommend the agency to anyone.

GoogleVery happy with PJC handling the sale of my house. A realistic valuation from the outset, which turned out to be 100% accurate. Sharon and Jade who did most of the viewings were very considerate due to personnel circumstances, which made viewings difficult.
Sharon in particular worked hard to ensure a steady stream of viewings culminating in several buyers wanting to purchase, which, guaranteed the full asking price.
All messages were passed on, and calls always returned. Payton Jewell Caines are the go to Estate Agents to buy/sell in Pencoed and I recommend them highly.

GoogleWorst experience ever. After a year they came back and asked me again to pay a deposit that i already paid in full after i moved out i never experienced anything like this. They are con artists. Make sure you have all your papers and receipts cause they might try to scam you.
