GoogleA big thank you to Rod and Robyn for helping me rent my flat back in 2020. I’ve just moved out due to needing a bigger space in a different area otherwise I would’ve used them again to find a suitable place to stay. They have been a great Rental and Estate Agency to deal with. Of all my years of renting I would say dealing with them has been the best experience I have had. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to rent a property.

GoogleA phenomenal letting agency, extremely attentive to tenants’ needs and rights, whilst also balancing the needs of landlords. Been using Rod and the team at Parkstone Estate agents for over 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. No issue is ever too big or small for them to manage.

GoogleTerrible agent and well the landlord does no repairs the building could do with pulling down over a £1,000 for rent 🤔 it is dreadful 😕.why don't the landlord help in anyway.not a nice service at all.being communal hallway you would of thought that walls would be painted new front doors on all flats. I wouldn't put a fish in there let alone the smell of wee coming from other flat the property is a mess.the entrance is not even safe.instead of putting things right it's just al about greed with money.ooh man I would be so ashamed to let these flats out.not really even bothered about people's health or there mental health. I would of thought that the council would see that its not worth the money and get the landlord to put all properties in a nice condition.
The tenant has been in residence since 2018. We have only been managing the flat for the past 6 months. The tenant is complaining because he dumped a settee outside the front of the property and has been fined by the council. This has absolutely nothing to do with Parkstone Estate Agents. Tenants are responsible themselves for the removal of any and all rubbish.

GoogleI have been renting with Parkstone Estate Agency for 3+ years. They have been absolutely amazing when I initially found the property. It was scary for myself as not only was my first renting experience but also a complete change of city too. Up to date I have had no difficulties communicating with either Rob or Robyn and also have had amazing experience with if anything had to be repaired or resolved within the property. Super glad to be renting through such great agency and would highly recommend to anyone.

GoogleUnfortunately not a good experience with Parkstone Estate Agents. Having e-mailed me the incorrect address I waited 15 minutes at number 23 before knocking on the door and contacting the (not particularly apologetic) office to find out it was number 83. On arrival at number 83 I saw the agent disappearing into the distance having just finished another viewing. On phoning the office I was assured that they were only 2 minutes away so I then waited another 25 minutes (insert freezing cold, pouring rain etc) before a call to say that she had just arrived back into the office where she had left her phone and would I mind waiting another 10 minutes for her to go get the keys and come back out again. Given 2 minutes seemed to equal 25 minutes I decided not to risk 10 minutes. No apologetic e-mail or other contact so needless to say I will not be viewing properties with these agents again.
This is incorrect. Unfortunately the wrong number was emailed. That was a mistake and we apologised for it. The correct address was given on the phone and the applicant did not turn up as stated. The appointment was re arranged again and again the applicant did not turn up at the allocated time. We apologised for our initial mistake.

GoogleRented through this agency for two years. Easy to communicate with, straight forward and anything that needed attention in the house was done immediately. The agent was happy upon checkout and the full deposit was returned within a couple of days which was excellent. Parkstone Estate & Letting Agents make the whole procedure easy from start to finish. Went in to this estate agent with a problem with their alcoholic tenants who were abusive towards myself, my partner and my 17 month old son. Mr. Rod Ponchaud sided with his tenants purely because they are on benefits, so it's regular income. The safer communities had been on to him, and 6 months after my original complaint to him, doing everything he can to be completely obstructive and dragging his heels, his landlady had a phone call from the council to explain our situation. His landlady ended up crying on the other end of the phone because she felt so bad for what we have been through.
