Friendly and co-operative during the tenancy, but this proved misleading and was not reflected in deposit returns. Charges were made on misinformation and terms in the contract that were not made explicit. Additionally, charges were also made to solve issues for which we had asked to have fixed but received no response during tenancy. Disappointed that they proved just as disinterested in providing students with reasonable living as some of their competitors.

My daughter rented a property from this group after 6 months of complaining about the gas not working & being sent odd job men they finally got a professional in - It turned out that a pipe had been capped so carbon monoxide had been being pumped into the house (which explained the ill health the students have experienced) As they are not interested we taking legal action against the directors

We believe that you have been misinformed and at no point were the tenants at risk and at no point did they not have gas. If you wish to discuss this matter further please call us.

Lovely properties, which were well managed, any problems we had were quickly fixed by the maintenance team. We thoroughly cleaned the house at the end of the year, and managed to get our whole deposit back :) Thank you very much, we will definitely be recommending BPM to other students.

Read your contract very carefully, and ask questions. We suffered from unexpected and unexpectedly expensive charges buried within our contract, interspersed with other farfetched subtractions from our deposit at the end of our tenancy. Disappointing stuff.

So we feel that you were properly informed about the charges you refer too.
