GoogleWe are so glad we left the sale of our flat to W&C. Myra Gardiner (Estate Agency Manager) has a great knowledge of the local market and kept us informed as the sale progressed. She was very honest at the outset on the value of the flat and this was borne out by the Home Report. She prepared a brilliant schedule with professional photos that showed the flat in the best possible light. She also carried out all the viewings, provided feedback, fully discussed the pros and cons of the various offers and strongly negotiated the best possible outcome. Absolutely brilliant. The conveyancing was handled by Melissa McIntyre, who helped make the sale as stress free as possible. All the risks were identified and her regular updates were explained in plain English. She was always available to answer any queries. She was a very calming influence when at one point there was a blip with the eventual buyer. A very confident and experienced solicitor. A big thank to you both

GoogleWe recently had a Power of Attorney and joint Wills completed. Colin was able to provide us with clear and concise information, without the legal and technical jargon, which made the whole process much easier for us. Cannot recommend this service highly enough. It was straightforward, the staff are very approachable and friendly, it has provided us with peace of mind knowing we have these documents in place.

GoogleVery disappointed in the service received by this solicitors - was recommended the company by a friend - would never do the same - currently taken a complaint to Scottish Legal Complaints Commission about their service which wasn’t in the best interest of the client. I parted with this company half way through my divorce due to poor service and high invoices and the claim that there was still many months left at a cost of ‘North of £5k plus Vat’ My new solicitor - Hunter & Roberston completed the divorce at a third of the above quote (£1.7k) and in under 4 weeks Wright and Crawford may be better in other areas but avoid for family law

GoogleI used this lawyers wasted 1000’s if pounds and got nowhere!! The lawyer didn’t listen to any of my instructions this hindered me getting access to see my daughter. I had set days off for almost 6 months and she still couldn’t even deliver me 1 hour a week with my daughter ! I will be pursuing this through the law society as I am disgusted with the representation I received
