Contacted Christine at Penny Lane Homes in Renfrew to arrange a valuation of my property and to sell my daughter's flat. Fast and efficient service and explained the process clearly. I had a few additional requests regarding the viewing of my daughter's flat and Christine, and other agents, were quick to offer suggestions to cover the viewings at short notice. I was impressed by the friendly and professional pro- active aproach the team at PennyLane supplied. I wilk be using their services in rhe New Year when i come to sell my own property. I would highly recommend them.

Let out a property that is full of dampness to my partner 5 months ago. We started reporting it 2 weeks after moving in and the advice they gave us was wash the damp away and leave windows open in the middle of winter. There was no ventilation whatsoever in the house until a few weeks ago when they put 4 panes of glass with wee fans in the glass in 4 different rooms but didn't do anything about the kitchen and bathroom that have no vents either. We had broken heaters on the walls but 2 have been broken for months also then a couple of days ago a workman turned up with 2 small heaters about a 1/4 of the size that are on the walls and said that's all you are getting. Emailed Kayleigh about this and said they are not fit for purpose and she said that's all we are getting and that someone will be coming to fit them onto the wall. So this company are a joke and I would be very wary if you are thinking of using them.

I cannot fault Penny Lane Homes. They kept me informed every step of the way in the sale of my flat. Even when the sale fell through at the last moment, they were straight back on the phone to other interested parties that had previously viewed the flat, and they had found another buyer within 48 hours. Would definately use again.
