We used Movewise to sell our flat in King's Park this year and I can't recommend them enough. Alex, Lynsey and the team made the whole process really clear and easy. From getting the property on the market to accepting bids took just a couple of weeks and Movewise helped us secure a really amazing offer on the property. Highly recommended.

Alex and his team have been amazing throughout both our buying and selling process. Alex has been on hand to answer any questions I had and there were a lot, and if he didn’t know he found out within a timely manner. His patience is unmatched and would recommend him and Move Wise to anyone. Thank you!

We sold our flat through MoveWise and everyone was very kind and helpful, especially through a few ups and downs but they did so much to help us and always available to assist through calls and emails. It was amazingly helpful to have the broker service directly through them as well that made everything much more manageable for us and we really appreciate everything the team did for us to help get our home sold.

I enlisted Movewise to sell my property and I must say, the service I received was exceptional. The team is highly competent and proactive in understanding your requirements. Getting the house on the market was swift, with no need for follow-ups. The quality of the photographs taken using the latest technology was outstanding. The communication was consistently personalised and comprehensive, keeping me well-informed about viewings and offers. I wholeheartedly recommend Movewise Estate Agents. Continue the outstanding work!

I recently sold my property with Moving Estate Agents. Their attention to detail, family-friendly service is second to none. Lyndsay, in particular, helped me navigate some challenges, making a tricky and stressful situation much easier to deal with. If you want a friendly, professional and personal service, Moving Estate Agency should be your first choice!

MoveWise were brilliant with the sale of our flat at London Avenue. Would highly recommend for a great service and much better cost in comparison with some of the bigger estate agents. Thank you Alex, Lyndsay and the rest of the team!

Finally reviewing Movewise & can honestly say there are no negatives for these guys. Supportive from start to finish with the sale of the property in Lounsdale Avenue Paisley. Alex the Valuer started the process visiting the home & explaining everything which was very reassuring. Lyndsay the Negotiator at Movewise kept in touch all the time through phone calls & emails. From my experience in the past with other big Estate Agents, I found Movewise to be a better service at a cheaper cost who got me an amazing sale price & I’ll definitely use their services in future supporting a smaller local business. Thank you very much

Sold my flat using Movewise (Alex) in June. The process was really smooth and professional from accepting an offer to the sale being completed within a month. The survey process was excellent, I provided a set of keys and Alex handled the rest. They also provided a lot of updates to keep me reassured that things were still moving through out. Couldn't recommend this company anymore!

I would recommend everyone to use movewise. As a first time seller looking for someone to arrange my flat selling I felt as though I was a bit stuck for choices - the usual suspects you see seemed to be horrendous when I was doing/arranging viewings (for potential places to buy) and there seemed to be an element of mismanagement and a lack of communication. Movewise were great from the start. With straight forward communication of fees so I knew exactly how much I would be paying along with regular updates on process. It seemed as they were contactable whenever I had a query. The whole process was very simple and to top it off they are a really great team. I would definitely use MoveWise for selling in the future and recommend them to anyone I know that are selling. Thank you for all your hard work.

We started working with the Mortgage wise team a few years ago, Anthony provided some guidance on our finances and supported us through with a new mortgage. Since then they have always been there to support with any questions we may have. Fast forward to summer this year and Emma reached out to organise our new mortgage for our old house. This was done effectively and in a speedy manner. Not one day after we submitted the mortgage I reached out to Emma to say we had seen a new house and could she run some numbers to see if we could buy it. With a mortgage in principle emma put us in touch with Alex at MoveWise (the estate agent arm). Alex came out to our house to start the process. Very quickly he had organised photos to be taken of the property, for sale sign up and ready to start organising viewings. We had a lot of interest and within 4 days we sold our house. We cannot say enough good things about the team at mortgage wise and move wise. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage or looking to move house. Thank you again team, it was such a great process with your support throughout.

This is the second time we buy a house thanks with Mortgage Wise and they always do an amazing job. In this particular case, we had to sell our old house at Erradale Street and buy the new one. Alex (the Valuer) and Lyndsey (the negotiator) helped us with the selling and we loved both of them! We sold our house so quickly and they followed us in every single step, explaining what to aspect next and taking care of EVERYTHING! Lyndsey in particular was the one who kept us updated until the very end of the process, always so nice and professional. We also had couple of problems that made our purchase a bit tricky but nothing Claire couldn’t handle! She was a amazing! She went through the whole process, handled every single issue with professionalism and we eventually got what we were looking for. But there are also Christina,Kate all of them were very nice with us and helped us a lot. Would recommend them 100%

The full team at Movewise were amazing from start to finish! Selling a house is a stressful time but Alex and Lynsey put us at ease and no matter how many times a day we were on the phone… Nothing was ever a hassle. Our house sold in less than 3 weeks! Really impressed with the service, experience and overall professionalism we experienced with Movewise. Compared to previous estate agents we have used, plus those we are dealing with to purchase, Movewise are in a different league. From our initial interaction, the valuation process with Alex, to the clear comms and negotiation from Lyndsey we were well looked after. The team responded quickly and offered really sound advice. I would recommend Movewise to anyone considering a house sale.
