A first class service from start to finish, Alex was very personable and made us feel at ease as we were anxious first time buyers Alex was very knowledgeable and no question was a hassle and was answered quickly compared to some of the bigger agents we had previously dealt with, we initially asked for the home report which was sent over swiftly he then gave us a call to arrange a viewing, Alex then directed us to an excellent mortgage advisor called Anthony at Mortgagewise and even went to the extra mile providing us with an excellent solicitors having everyone on the same team made this a smooth transaction from start to finish. Just like to say a big thankyou to Movewise when we sold my mothers house in Farne Drive Simshill Glasgow. Alex the Valuer was very professional, relaxed and kept us well informed and up to date on all aspects of selling the house and took out all the worry and stress and made it so easy for us. We haven’t had the best of luck using the bigger named estate agents which we felt we weren’t given the proper time and attention as we got with Movewise as we feel we had a far superior treatment probably because it’s a family run business. Lyndsay the negotiator arranged all the viewings and kept us well informed and made it plain sailing which was great as we were apprehensive but in no time they both put our minds at ease. A great family business who put us first every time and made selling the house simple and straight forward. Movewise sold my property in Bishopbriggs last year. Alex was great and talked me through everything from the beginning, there were no hidden extras. Alex very knowledgeable with valuing the property, he was fully aware of the construction of the properties in Glendale Crescent and had great knowledge of the area and the recent properties marketed for sale. The photographs were very professional and showed off the full potential of my property. The property was quickly placed on the market and Lyndsay the negotiator was very efficient in booking in all viewers and contacting them for their feedback. Lyndsay made the process so easy and would simply email me at the end of the day with all viewing s booked in, this saved on several phone calls.
