If you are looking for an estate agency that knows the local area well and is efficiently run then look no further than Castlehead Properties. I chose Castlehead Properties to aid me in the recent selling of my flat. I chose them as they know the property market of the local area, provide excellent advice, are efficient, you are dealing with a centralised dedicated team who have your best interests in mind and they are highly contactable. They are also very friendly and personable and keep you informed during every step of the process. I really can't recommend them enough - thanks Colin, Monica and Chris for making this all seem so seamless!

We have used Colin as a mortgage advisor and castlehead properties twice now for our last 2 sales/purchases and couldn't be happier with the service. Colin is so friendly, professional and gives great advice. He makes everything really easy to understand and is always very fast at replying to any queries. Monica was great with the selling side of things and again was always friendly and quick to keep us updated with viewings or any developments. Our houses sold very quickly both times. First class experience. Property was surveyed, valued and on the market within a couple of days. Excellent communication over viewings, notes of interest etc. Most important the flat was under offer very quickly. Competetive fixed rate, no hidden extras, the price quoted is the price you pay, which included accompanied viewings, unlike some competitors who charge extra for this service. Colin the CEO visited personally for valuation and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Castlehead came across best out of 4/5 valuations and clearly knew the area and local property market. Flat sold within a few months, staff were excellent particularly Monica who dealt with the whole process end to end. Very straightforward even as someone who doesn't know much about property! Viewings done by Castlehead themselves. Communications excellent, always kept in the loop. Would 100% recommend if you're trying to sell property in the Renfrewshire/Paisley area.

Horrendous!! We used as they were local, yet more expensive. Continually lied to us, did not chase up leads. I had no views within two weeks (new build, well presented flat that sold within 2 days of moving to new estate agent) Had a friend request a home report to test if they were doing their job. My friend got no reply, estate agent said it was because it was requested through their site and not through the third party site??? Nonsense. Would not recommend! In response to your response...... I was lied to, one example given in review. I had someone request a home report to which you failed to follow up after saying you had no requests. A review is my opinion which I am entitled to. Below were three excuses I was given in regard to my property not being sold, at a time property was selling at an amazing pace all which were emailed you, so to suggest I didn't contact you is yet another lie. Like I said, the other estate agents sold our property promptly and efficiently. Reasons for not selling given by yourself: -We have no idea why your property isn't generating interest. -The property market isn't moving that fast just now -There isn't a market for your type of property, at your price point. I feel if we agreed on excuse, it would ease my frustrations.
