GoogleTheir service was very efficient and friendly from the first interaction. Their services and changes were clear and precise and they did all they promised with our house sold within days of the first viewing. The photography was first rate and made our house very appealing. A great company to work with. I'd highly recommend them.

TrustpilotGood judgment!
A pleasure to deal with , they are helpful and communicate well but of most importance - their advice is good : a pre auction offer was received which exceeded the reserve but they advised against accepting it judging that a better price would be achieved at auction given their assessment of the strength and reliability of the interest. They were right, the sale price achieved considerably exceeded the offer!

TrustpilotSeamless Process
We had a mixed use property to sell in central Norfolk.I went to estate agents and auction sellers for opinions.Wildly different views. But I chose Auction House Norwich , because I felt they had a realistic view when looking at our property, and I totally bought into Jenny .She has been available, via text ,phone emails throughout and a pleasure to deal with.Couldn’t have ask for more ,( other than a bit more money) but I’m a realist .I have another property I may well sell next year in Nottinghamshire and although my son works for an estate agent , I would seriously consider the Auction route again. No time wasting . No the price you want , set the guide and let them do the rest .
