GoogleBought flat in Aberdeen. Wanted quick sale to turn around for rental. Everything done & dusted in 6 days. Auction fees are good. George & Nicola particularly exceptional. Gold star to both of them.
Five stars and then a further gold star for George & Nicola? Thank you! We're so glad it all went so quickly and smoothly for you. Good luck with your new investment.

TrustpilotFrom a sourcing point of view
From a sourcing point of view, John Loudon at Auction House Scotland is great. There maybe deals that are too far gone for your investors but we ended up getting our customer more at auction than they were at agreed price with investor market. Great fees paid back as well, better than any co-sourcing fees 👍🏻 I’d highly recommend Auction house Scotland, however my dealings with John in particular were great! Hopefully do some business either way shortly!
Hi Steven, thanks for taking the time to leave this fantastic feedback! We look forward to working with you again. Best, Auction House

There will always be problems with selling a house, and this house had more than it's fair share of problems and hiccups, but Auction House 'held my hand' throughout. Unbiased advice, unfailingly responding to calls and correspondence, personable staff - how many companies offer that these days?! I can't recommend Auction House SW too highly - thank you to you all.
