GoogleEmployed this company for my conveyancing needs on the advice of a friend. I cannot fault them. Douglas handled my case, answering any queries or concerns promptly and professionally. With my previous experience being purchasing in England, Douglas was patient with me, ensuring I understood the differences in procedure and guiding me throughout, in fact, giving me guidance on the initial phonecall before I'd even I'd formally confirmed I wanted to employ their services.
They were transparent with their costs, which I found to be extremely reasonable.
I highly recommend this law firm.

GoogleI used AMM to set up a separation agreement following a split from my wife. Fraser was very friendly and helpful, provided guidance on the purposes of the agreement and made the whole difficult process much easier, providing peace of mind that the technicalities were all being handled. Despite the process being long and drawn out due to COVID-19 and some slow responses from the other party involved, the cost was very reasonable and I would definitely go to AMM again (hopefully for a less painful purpose next time!)

GoogleAMM recently dealt with both selling property and purchasing property for me. Everyone involved were very professional and friendly. They were great on communication and final fees were very fair. Thoroughly recommend with 5 stars.

GoogleUsed these guys twice, both were the kind of experience which gives solicitors their stereotyped wretched reputation. They left us uninformed, hanging on, and with the feeling we were utterly unimportant. The sale of a house is stressful enough without the added pressure of a hopeless solicitors, and a death in the family is heartbreaking enough without the will taking almost two years to resolve - despite no complications. Wouldn't ever use again, and couldn't, in right mind, recommend.

GoogleJust recently updated my will and initiated a new POA. Fraser processed the documentation in a quick and professional manner. Would certainly recommend him if thinking of doing similar.
