Excellent service, would definitely recommend

We recently bought a property in Painswick through Moulton Haus and the service was fantastic throughout. Hugo was very helpful and professional in the early negotiation phase whilst Rozy worked tirelessly liaising with all agents in a chain of 6 throughout the process. She was always available to speak to and picked up emails quickly and was always up to speed on the latest developments. She even managed to find us some short term rental properties within a few hours when it looked as though we may be homeless over Christmas! All in all they made a potentially very stressful experience much easier to deal with! We would definitely recommend them.

First Class Service

We have just purchased through this agent and would highly recommend their services due to the constant communication making us feel we were important to them and the very professional yet friendly dealings we had were first class. I would especially recommend Rozy who helped us as she went far beyond her remit in chasing up and down the chain where other agents failed in their duties keeping the whole thing moving to a successful conclusion. Outstanding - Complete efficiency with a personal touch!

From our very first viewing with them to finally signing on the dotted line, Moulton Haus were exceptional. They were incredibly efficient in everything they did - Negotiations between myself and the seller were handled skilfully; liaising with the various surveyors and specialists who inspected the house on my behalf was seemingly done effortlessly; correspondence with the solicitors was taken on willingly: every e-mail or phone call was answered promptly and advice was given generously. And all the while with a lovely personal touch. While I hope I won't be buying or selling any time soon, I will definitely be popping in for a chat. I cannot recommend Moulton Haus highly enough.
