A heartfelt thank you for outstanding support and professionalism
We have recently experienced an incredibly stressful period as landlords, spanning the last six months. Unfortunately, our tenant failed to pay rent, which led us to instruct solicitors to resolve the matter. Although the tenant has now vacated the property, they left the house in a truly appalling condition, one which was deeply distressing to deal with.
Throughout this entire ordeal, our property management agent, Nicky Scales, has been nothing short of wonderful. Navigating the complexities of property law and tenant disputes can be overwhelming, but Nicky’s guidance made all the difference. She was always professional, patient, and exceptionally kind, gently leading us through every step and ensuring we felt supported and understood.
Nicky’s expertise and dedication have been invaluable. She handled each challenge with remarkable composure and empathy, providing clear advice and reassurance when we needed it most. Her communication was prompt and thorough, making a daunting process far more manageable. We are truly grateful for her hard work and unwavering commitment to us.

We were given section 21 stating the house was for disposal(landlord wanted to sell) the house has now been re-let to landlords friend, which is against the law after the reason for section 21. I'll attach just a few of the photos that Denise received and chose to ignore. And no, I do not wish to call you. PPS, it was Winfield's in charge NOT angela Dixon as they'd like people to believe.

GoogleAngela Dixon lettings is the worst letting agent I have come across in my 15 years of renting experience and dealing with letting agents.
She is rude and unhelpful with her tenants does not know how to communicate without being condescending or a abrupt.
The fees for the letting agent are ridiculous and unclear. You get no support if you are one of her tenants.
Whole experience with Angela Dixon has been awful I would highly not recommend using her services.
I'd personally go elsewhere and even pay more to at least deal with a professional agent instead.

We then got to the stage where we needed to extend our valuation very quickly otherwise our sale would collapse in a matter of days. I contacted Gill and even though other members of staff (who usually dealt with my particular request) weren't available for a few days, he personally actioned an extension letter and all in under 24 hours. This was not just helpful but key in ensuring our sale could go through. Gill went above and beyond and we really appreciated it - especially as it's still an incredibly bust time.

My experience with Winfield’s was actually one of the best Customer Service experiences I’ve ever had. Tom was so helpful, we really needed a RICS survey done on our home and a super quick turnaround due to the urgency for the sale of our house. Although they were backed up for nearly 5 weeks, Tom managed to squeeze us in last minute and we even received our survey the same day.
