I can't praise Fulfords estate agents highly enough, after putting our property on the market they found a buyer in a matter of two or three weeks, thanks to Laura and her team which included Ellie, their experience and professionalism showed throughout the selling and buying process, they kept us well informed and we're always polite and helpful if and when we had any questions. I’ve recently had to move with very short notice…I saw the perfect flat advertised with Fulfords so the next day went directly into the office to book a viewing and express my interest…..Will was amazing and literally everything was completed within the same day!! Our initial contact was with Sharon after making an enquiry about a house- she was so warm and friendly, and organised our viewing promptly with the limited time we had available, and at very short notice. We were met by Jess at the property, she was personable and knowledgeable on the area and the house we were looking at. My husband and I decided to put an offer in on the house and Jess was excellent at keeping us updated and seemed genuinely excited for us when it was accepted. From start to finish Jess and Fulfords have been communicative. We were part of a long chain which has often felt stressful, however Fulfords have been excellent with chasing what needs to be chased to ensure momentum towards the finish line continued.
