GoogleAbsolutely awful company, we paid the deposit to reserve a plot, but as it was nearly built were asked to hurry up and complete in 4 weeks the pressure was intense and unnecessary. We then asked for weeks to look inside before the contracts were drawn up. But kept being fobbed off with excuses, well eventually we were allowed to look inside and what massive disappointment shocking to call the plot a 4 bedroom we pulled out of the purchase. They charged us £150 for there trouble lol and over a grand with their recommended solicitors so stay Away from these people and especially their recommended solicitors
