GoogleHad a really great experience with Gail & Danielle taking over our holiday let booking from the previous owner. Everything went smoothly and they allowed us early access which was very helpful. Having left personal items behind in error, they swiftly returned the same at no cost! Thank you both for all your assistance.

GoogleA positive experience from start to finish. Danielle kept me informed at every step. I like the fact that they take their own photographs so you aren’t limited to only 8 and the drone shots really showcased the property.

GoogleRude, confrontational and worst of all, totally out of touch with the local market dynamics. Amazingly Cornwall Estates underpriced a holiday home rental by over 50%. Luckily we ignored them or we would have been badly out of pocket. Appalling! A trained parrot can sell property in Cornwall in the current market, so ignore those reviewers pleased with the quick sale. It's got nothing to do with Cornwall Estates. There are lots of other really lovely competitors who are a joy to work with.

GooglePetty management with unbelievably terrible treatment throughout the buying process. I bought a house that was represented by them. I would never use them, and I would never recommend them. I've since learned about their reputation. If I were to ever sell my property there is no way I would list with them. We've been a part of the community now for a couple years and have met with several other letting and property agents that we would recommend.

This involved adapting quickly to the restrictions arising because of the Coronavirus and understanding the implications of the changing times. Gail had to deal with a purchaser who tried to turn it into a profiteering opportunity, which she did with passion and professionalism. This enabled us to feel confident that there would be a further purchaser after Lockdown and that our holiday let was still valuable. She was always warm, kind and very understanding of our perspective and at times demonstrated the wisdom of Solomon in accommodating all those involved. During the whole procedure, she had to withstand intense pressure but remained truly professional, calm and clear throughout. They impressed me throughout the sale process, were proactive and responsive and did everything they could reasonably be expected to do to ensure we exchanged and completed in very difficult market conditions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. If only they had branches throughout the UK...
