GoogleWe have just used CRW to sell our cottage in Padstow and have been delighted with how it has been handled from start to finish. Zoe & Tamar were both extremely professional and proactive dealing with progressing the sale and with their communication with the buyer and the solicitors involved. They also managed to achieve a higher price than was suggested by any of the other local agents and, as such, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this estate agent to sell your property.

GoogleI used Cole Rayment and White for a house purchase recently and I cannot praise them highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were so patient and kind to deal with. I felt safe in their hands, and they always delivered on their promises. I would absolutely recommend them and would like to thank Zoe and Tamar in particular for all their help over several months.

GoogleExcellent professional service. Knowledgeable and informative staff - nothing was too much for them from the moment an offer was accepted to completion. They went out of their way to answer questions which they did in a cheerful and friendly manner . I cannot fault Cole Rayment & White and highly recommend them to anyone considering the purchase of a property within their area of responsibility.

GoogleSarah and the rest of the staff have were incredibly friendly and helpful during my visit. I had a pile of solicitor documentation that required printing, my printer broke a while ago and they offered to print it all for me and provide me with the envelopes so that I could send it off straight away

GoogleCole, Rayment and White are an exceptional team of Estate Agents. Traditional values, cutting edge marketing and promotion. Professional, personable and always available. CRW have been a real asset in what was a complex, difficult house sale. Couldn’t have done it without them. Tamar in particular showed a tenacity and willingness to ensure success. Bravo.

GoogleFrom start to finish Peter Olivey and his Padstow team worked with us and secured a sale and completion of our property that fully met our expectations. I have no hesitation in saying we would happily work with Peter and the Padstow branch of CRW in the future.
