We listed our home with Fardella and Bell when they were just starting out because Aimee showed us around a property nearby and we absolutely loved her engaging personality. The sale of our home has not been straight forward as the market has been insane this and last year. However, throughout our time on the market and up to completion, Aimee, Lisa and Angela have all worked tirelessly to keep us up to date. We appreciated their early advice on preparing for photos, really felt positive after the videographer had carried out his role and were thrilled to get viewings and offers straight away. Aimee gave us great advice on the value of our home and supported and listened to us along the way. Out of all of the estate agents that we met whilst looking for our new property, we didn't find any as professional and interested as F&B. We would definitely use them again in the future but plan to stay in our new home for a bit!
