GoogleTurner Properties were very efficient from start to finish. We were given a viewing date very promptly, and kept informed regularly. We were told that a decision on our offer would be made by the end of the week, and indeed it was accepted by then. Jeremy was really very good: helpful, honest, reassuring, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to be of assistance.

GoogleI sadly had to sell my Mum's house quickly to pay for her care home fees. James was really helpful and efficient and soon found me a buyer, as well as giving me recommendations for house clearance companies and solicitors. The whole process was thankfully very pleasant and hassle-free at an otherwise horrible time. I would definitely recommend Turner Properties if you are looking for a friendly and personal, yet professional service.

GoogleLittle Milton - 4 Bed - I contacted Jeremy Turner on 8th March 21, in the midst of the March deadline madness, nevertheless Jeremy came to see me within 24 hours and we had a very productive discussion on marketability and pricing. In suggesting a price, Jeremy gave reasons and comparisons to explain the price. Thereafter he made the process easy and painless and we had agreed the sale within 10 days of it going on the market with Completion in June 21. It was a very friendly service, professional executed, calls returned, without any drama. That is what I wanted and that is what Turner Properties delivered. GoogleI used Turner Properties to sell my house and I couldn’t fault their service. I was very wary of estate agents in general as you meet so many who promise you the world and don’t deliver. Jeremy came to the house, was very realistic about the pricing and the time it may take. He did most of the viewings himself which helped as he knew the house and its possibilities. He knows the area well which, again, was very useful particularly for the potential buyers. He kept in regular contact and always got back to me in a timely manner. He took me through the whole process of selling as I had not done it on my own before. I’m sure I asked lots of silly questions but he answered them all without making me feel an idiot! Also a really refreshing approach compared to our first agent: Thinking outside the box and recommending ways to dress the house to be more appealing to potential buyers. GoogleJeremy is an experienced and intelligent estate agent, who actually cares about you and your property! We recently sold our house through him, it went on the market and an offer was accepted in less than 10 days. Some of that was definitely down to his care in marketing it exactly right and in his professional dealing with the customers. This was the first time we had sold a house, and Jeremy guided us through the process personally, which was really really helpful. He goes above and beyond and has even helped us in our searches for the next house. In short I can't recommend Turner properties enough, it is money well spent!
