GoogleI have been a tenant since 2018. I previously left a negative review with one star, but I have decided to delete that review and make a new one because most the issues I was having have been taken care of. The maintenence guy fixed one issue in a few minutes the other day which was really good. I think the letting agency has improved since I last left my review so this is an up to date review

GoogleWe had a very bad experience with this company and I strongly advise others to be cautious. We paid for a full house cleaning service. During the service, items we had placed in our garden (within our property) went missing. The value of the missing items is approximately £1,000. When we contacted the company, their response was that because the items were in the garden, they were not responsible, and they have since stopped responding. No permission was given for items to be removed, and no discussion took place beforehand regarding access to or handling of belongings in the garden. Paying for a whole-house service does not imply consent for personal possessions to be taken or disposed of without clear agreement. The lack of accountability and refusal to engage constructively has been extremely disappointing. Due to the loss, lack of explanation, and poor response from the company, I cannot recommend their services.
