Just renewed with my tenants with Dan at renewals and it was super simple. The tenants seem happy, I'm happy and the only thing I had to do was OK the whole process that Dan had already sorted and sign on a dotted line. Can't really fault anything about the service.

If I could give a 0 here I would.I contacted Birmingham office and spoke to a Mr Charles Shephard.He came out to have a look and said he would email back a valuation the next day.One week later he said he would send it immediately and still no email.After 10 days I called him and he gave me the valuation over the phone and said he would not need to send the email.How unprofessional is that. Sadly he has not responded to emails or phone calls and voicemails left over a week now.Beware.
