GoogleThe one bedroom house I was living became “unsuitable for a young family”. I never missed to pay my rent nor my bills, I’ve been noticing the agency when they were issues in the flat that could lead to damage the property and the safety of tenants. I asked several times for a contract extension to be able to move in a council house as a single mum but they said they gave me enough time for that letting me move to a temporary place with a 4 months old baby! There were a poor communication and I really question their sense of ethics.

GoogleI rented from Elwood for two years and had a wonderful experience. Despite being a small team, they were very responsive with any issues or questions I had. When our boiler went out on the coldest night last winter, their technician came quickly to fix the problem, bringing electric heaters for us in the meantime. The lease and leasing process was clear and straightforward. I’ve rented through many different property managers in my life and Elwood was by far the best.

GoogleThe experience with this agent was highly unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment to view a property in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, but no one arrived at the agreed time.
When I contacted their office, I was informed that a team member would be notified of my presence at the property. Despite waiting for approximately 20 minutes and making multiple calls to the office, the staff repeatedly disconnected the calls. This was a significant waste of my time, especially considering I had traveled two hours specifically to view the property.
Not at all recommended.

GoogleI let a North Oxford house through Elwoods for ten years. They found 9/10 excellent tenants, and the 1/10 that was disappointing was not their fault. I had a deal where they let the house and dealt with the end of tenancy, and I managed it in between. It worked well and was a good deal financially. My tenants spoke highly of them too.
