I didn’t know anything about letting properties and Chancellors just made it so easy. They were always available to help on the phone if I had any questions and the whole process was seamless. The estimate they gave at the beginning was spot on and I rented out my property in a matter of just days. Overall I would thoroughly recommend them!

I was shown around the property by William. He was courteous, friendly and able to provide me with a lot of information about the house which was very helpful. He obviously also knew the location well and how close of was to the Oracle etc which was useful to know. I was very impressed overall and so have given 5 stars

A member of chancellors came to do a valuation on our property and he was very rude and didn’t like the way he came across. Told me my property wouldn’t be worth selling due to a small refurb in our property. I think that’s very unprofessional of him and I have now gone with another agency who where alit more professional.
