Excellent when I had a burst pipe emergency and used the emergency number. Plumber Kevin is always excellent and reassuring. For all the other accumulating issues which are non-emergent there is no follow up without recurrent chasing but I would imagine this is the general standard of a letting agent so would rate 3/5.
