Katie was is the ball and very professional! After immediately taking a liking to the property upon first viewing, Kate recommended I submit the application ASAP, which I did. I was delighted that our rental application (out of nine) was accepted by the landlord. Kate carefully guided us through every step of the reference checks. There were a few hurdles to overcome on our side but Katie patiently guided us through and even blessed us with a welcome card! A genuinely superb service. I contacted Harrisons regarding a house I wanted to rent out. Katie was thoroughly professional and efficient from the very beginning. She came to see the house whilst it was still being renovated to get a feel for it and discuss potential rental income and then contacted me again a few weeks later to see how the renovations were going. Once these were complete she was on the case. The house was marketed on Rightmove, with photos, a great write up and video within a couple of days. Multiple viewings soon followed with several applications. Solid advice allowed me to pick the best tenants and then the referencing process was completed quickly. A throughly impressive service from start to finish with sensible fees that are well earned and justified given the service offered.

Harrison’s fully manage our rental properties and have done for years. We don’t live in Bolton so we need to have people we trust to look after us and the houses we let. We can’t speak highly enough of the team. We recently had to refurbish an entire house and there were so many steps and people involved but it was made seamless by Tiffany who was available at any time to speak to and she organised the whole refurb. They always have our best interests at heart whenever there is a problem and they are a lovely team of people to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Harrison’s Estate Agents.
