GoogleAfter deciding to sell our house I contacted The Property Fox for a valuation. John came gave me a quote and my mum we were both happy with the valuations and proceeded to put both properties up For Sale. They went through everything with us advised on solicitors and the rest is history. Raj accompanied us on viewings and kept us updated on the sale. Then the lovely Jess came in updating us weekly on the progress on the sales of all properties. The whole experience was smooth and moved along nicely. I would highly recommend The Property Fox a genuine bunch who have nothing but the best intentions for you. They all go above and beyond for you and nothing is too much trouble.
Good morning Leona, thank you so much for such a lovely 5* review! The Property Fox Team are glad we could help & it has been a pleasure working with you!

GoogleJohn's knowledge of the local housing market, helped us to make informed decisions, about how best to achieve the sale of the house. This resulted in a hassle free experience, and I would happily recommend his services to others.

GoogleWe chose The Property Fox because there were houses locally up for sale with The Property Fox and they were all sold! From day one we felt like valued customers and when we contacted them we felt that they were happy to talk to us. They were very efficient and knowledgeable about out sale and kept us informed with progress. Should we need to sell a house again The Property Fox will be the top of our list of estate agents. Thank you to all the staff and well done for such a well organised sale.

GoogleI have recently purchased a property for sale from The Property Fox and I have to say that, as a buyer, they have been absolutely fantastic and made the whole process extremely smooth and easy. I've been kept informed at every stage and the communication has been superb. They've dealt with everything directly and proactively which has meant I could focus on the sale of my own property without having to worry about my purchase. Michael, who managed the sale, was brilliant. He's been one of the best agents I've worked with and I cannot recommend The Property Fox highly enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Thank you so much for your kind words, it's been a pleasure to work with you. The Property Fox Team

GoogleThe Property Fox was both efficient and professional from our first enquiry to completion of our sale. We were given a 5 star service at all times. Every member of the team is knowledgeable and explained every aspect of the selling process from start to finish. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending The Property Fox! We couldn't have wished for a better smoother service!
Thank you so much for the review Carol! We are so glad to hear about such a positive experience with us!

GoogleI would give it 0 if I could, we put in a an offer and they just didn’t get back. I chased it up on several occasions and was told I could further negotiate but just wasn’t notified. Please do not use them to buy or sell your house, very unprofessional! I was dealing with Jess at the Leicester branch she was very rude about it and does not have any skills for negotiation not sure why she’s a sales negotiator.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
We are sorry to hear this, this is not our clients usual experience with us so we apologise that you feel this way! Any feedback would be appreciated, thank you.

GoogleJohn, Emma & the team at the Property Fox are simply superb. I sold a house & wasn't sure how to go about it. John visited my property & gave me some superb advice & guidance. His advice saved me so much time, money & stress. What he & the team don't know about selling property is not worth knowing. Put it simply - if you're selling a house talk to the Property Fox first, they really take the pain out of selling property. Thank you to the Property Fox team...PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI am currently selling my house on Ivanhoe Street through The Property Fox. I had seen their boards all around my area and knew that they were selling a lot of properties nearby so decided to ask them for a valuation - from that moment on, I was sold. I could not have hoped for more from an estate agent. Most importantly, they sold my house, for full asking price, in a week and a half. They have continued to work so hard for me, keeping me informed every step of the way, ringing solicitors, and other estate agents so that this process is as smooth as possible, something that has taken so much stress out of moving, as I work full time. Having never sold a house before, I was unsure as to what would be important to me, but something that has really stood out that I am so grateful for is that everyone I speak to at The Property Fox is lovely. When I don't understand something, they take the time to explain it clearly and with out patronising me, when I am frustrated (mainly with the bank!) they listen to me rant. Anything that I have needed, or asked, they have done as quickly and efficiently as possible, including things like going over the valuation report for the house I am buying with me, a service that is not in their job description but something they offered to do to support me in this process. When I talk to my friends and colleagues about my experiences with The Property Fox, it is clear that they have provided me with the best advice and support that I could have hoped for; if I do ever need to move again, I would not use anyone other than The Property Fox. I am more than happy with the cost of their services and I do not think I could have found another agency that would have provided such a complete service at anywhere near this price.
Hi Saskia, thank you so much for the kind words! It's been a joy to help get you this far, can't wait to get you moving in the next 2/3 weeks!

GoogleWe’ve used John @ the Property Fox since before he went on his own. We were so impressed by him the we went with him from day one. No nonsense no bull just plain speaking straight forwards. Always given great advice even come up with a few ideas we’d not seen and we’ve been in the building trade for over 40 years. On top of that he’s a nice bloke and he’s building a great team around him as he gets bigger. We would and have recommended The Property Fox. From Glenview Property Services Ltd
Always been a pleasure working with you both, thanks so much for the opportunity.

GoogleHurrendous place told my mortgage broker that vendor has accepted offer for the property I was looking at, only to find out after paying my mortgage broker and for the solicitor (SOLICITOR GIVEN TO ME BY THE PROPERTY FOX) that if fact the offer had not been accepted at all AVOID THIS PLACE YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOU MONEY TO THEM
Good morning, we are very sorry to hear this feedback and would like to explore it further but we do not seem to be able to see your name anywhere on our system and we are not sure which property it relates to? If you can please provide this information for us, either on here, or by emailing us on sales@thepropertyfox.co.uk, that would be great, and our Director will look into things to see what happened and try and come to a resolution that you are happy with.
