I would not recommend Richard Kendalls to sell your house, due to poor service and if want update they are very slow. If raise a complaint and ask for an update they ask what complaint.

Further to your review we would comments as follows: Your sale was agreed on 3rd September after you pulled out of the sale with your purchasers in August. You completed on 27th November. Your transaction took 12 weeks from sale agreed to completion, which included delays for your purchasers mortgage valuation due to Covid 19. Given that sales are now taking as long as up to 16 weeks, and in many cases even more due to the current market pressures that we are all facing, I would argue that the sales progression was reasonable and efficient. You originally put pressure on the whole chain to complete on 20th November, with consistent emails to your negotiator, some of which were entirely inappropriate. You changed this date at very late notice and at this point informed us you would not be dealing with Richard Kendall as you would be liaising directly with your buyer. However as you will note, you continued to email us and we continued to act on your behalf to a successful exchange and completion. At no point have you written to us to complain about our services. Throughout the process your only complaint was quite clearly with your purchasers solicitor. You emailed us over a week ago asking for a response to your written complaint, we asked for you to re-send your complaint as we had not received one. We still have not received a copy from you, however you have found it necessary to leave a review on TrustPilot.To confirm, the negotiator acting for you on the sale of your property was prompt, proactive and supportive to you throughout the entire process and responded to all communication whether it be by email or verbally. We are sorry you have found it necessary to complain in such a manner, however as always should you wish to discuss this matter personally or provide us with a written complaint, we would be more than happy to address any issues you have.

Advertisement of properties could do with being made a little more personal rather than feeling like a copy and paste exercise. The office was excellent at keeping me up to date throughout the whole process of my sale. Avoid using their suggested mortgage advisor as he rarely returns calls or replies to emails.
