I have dealt with Chandler & Martin in Orsett and found them to be a professional, knowledgeable, and well-established local estate agent. They clearly understand the Orsett and surrounding Thurrock property market and were able to provide realistic, well-informed advice throughout the process. Communication was clear and consistent, and I felt that they were approachable and responsive whenever I had questions or needed clarification. Their local presence and experience gave confidence that matters were being handled properly rather than rushed. Overall, my experience was positive and efficient, with the team demonstrating a good balance between professionalism and a personal touch. They were organised, transparent about next steps, and proactive in keeping things moving. While property transactions are rarely stress-free, Chandler & Martin helped make the process feel more manageable and straightforward. I would consider using them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent in the Orsett area.

Called at least 3 times to arrange a viewing on a property. Was told on all occasions that somebody called Jason will call me back. Did he? Nope! Give up in the end. Wouldn’t recommend this company if you are trying to rent a place. Jason will not call you back!

Very professional, from Duncan's initial valuation, to marketing and a very swift sale. We were always kept advised by Jonathan and achieved a very acceptable sale price. Experience and local knowledge count for a lot; could not recommend Chandler & Martin enough.
