WOW!!! What a service from start to finish!!! I have to say ROB will sell your house!! The passion and professionalism and knowledge the Orpington team have is unbelievable. They care to sell and find you a house, constantly keeping you updated with what to do etc - no wounded why every other board I see with Robinson Jackson on it says SOLD!! What a fantastic team. I would strongly recommend you to go with there solicitors these guys like to work quick and fast and never “faf” about!! I would trust them always and wouldn’t recommend any other estate agent ( especially some that I’ve come across - LAZY!! ) Thank you for selling my house Rob and bearing with me and bringing in so many viewers and always working out around my school pick up and drop off! I would like to leave a review for Robinson-Jackson Estate Agency. They have recently handled the sale of my property. My personal contact was Sharon from Sales Progression in Orpington Branch. She was very professional and understanding at all times, extremely helpful and supportive all the way. I was quite concerned the purchase may not go ahead at one point, and by Sharon's efforts I feel the purchase went through successfully. The Agency itself I would recommend without hesitation, and I would have to say that Sharon is an asset to the company.

After a failed attempt by another Estate agent, my house was eventually sold in August 2019 by Robinson Jackson. Service was very professional. The sale was handled by a multi-disciplined team at the Orpington branch lead by John Speer. Selling a house is never easy but Sharon and Katy were just fabulous, chasing the buyers solicitors to speed up the process. The initial advice and guidance from John Speer the Branch Manager regarding pricing and marketing approach was spot on and we secured a sale quickly, inspite of the market conditions not being particularly bouyant. I needed a valuation for probate and a couple of estate agents did not want to do it. However, I spoke with John at Robinson and Jackson and he was so helpful and kind. He came to the house and done the valuation free of charge. He was very professional, but also understanding. I have also got a mortgage with them in the past. From day one when meeting their Branch Partner, John Speer, at the property for the initial valuation, Robinson Jackson have been exemplary in the professional service they’ve provided. The speed & quality of marketing the property has been faultless & really appreciated the regular updates from team members especially Sharon & Katy. I particularly liked how the office was able to recommend trusted solicitors & home energy performance contractors who have both provided an equally professional service, but I was never pressurised or obliged to accept these but very glad I did.
