I had a fantastic experience renting through Western Properties. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. I dealt with Peter, who was incredibly approachable, responsive, and supportive throughout the whole process. He took the time to guide me through each step, answered all my questions, and really helped make what can be a stressful process feel easy and straightforward. The apartment is Beautiful and I’m so happy with it! I’m really grateful for Peter’s help and would HIGHLY recommend both him and the agency to anyone looking for a new place.

We were tennants through Western Properties for 2 years. I felt any issues were resolved quickly and anything that needed done in the house was sorted for us. Peter was very easy to work with and we would consider checking Western Properties again for properties should we need it.

We’ve used Western Properties for the past 11 years for rental properties and would highly recommend. Peter provides an excellent service and often goes above and beyond to deliver. We are so glad to have found Western Properties and been able to recommend to friends who have had the same very positive results.

Me and my fiancé rented off Western Properties for just over a year, and they were very responsive and helpful and if we had any issues it was resolved immediately. Peter who we dealt with went above and beyond and would gladly use western properties again. Thanks again.
