We chose McLernon’s Estate Agents as family members/friends had previously used them and were very satisfied with the service they received. We also were very pleased with the service provided. The professional staff secured a number of potential buyers very quickly to view our property and the house sale went through at the price we hoped to get for it. Everything was dealt with by the staff in an efficient and professional manner and we had total confidence in the process. As a result we asked McLernon’s to sell a second property which also went through the process in the same stress free manner. We would definitely recommend McLernon’s Estate Agents and wish to thank Pearl, Shauna, Michelle and Rory for a very professional and stress-free service

Many thanks to Pearl & the team at McLernon’s who helped us find our forever home on the edge of Omagh. From start to finish Pearl made the whole process easy, offering advice & guidance along our journey. We started with various house types to suit a family of four and she even arranged viewings at weekends! We ended up going with a new build property, full turnkey & couldn’t be happier with the high end result from a very reputable local builder called Woodvale Construction. We moved in over a week ago, Christmas tree up, elf on the loose and still settling in with all the unpacking and figuring out where things should go. If you are looking for a new home, large or small give Pearl @ McLernon’s a shout as she will pull out all the stops to get what you are after. Can’t recommend them highly enough to making the purchase of a home as stress free as possible!

We tried a number of agents before settling on McLernons. They were the only agents giving our unique home an accurate valuation. Marketed well and the bidding process was well managed resulting in a sale which achieved an excellent final price. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone either selling or purchasing.

Only getting around to giving a review now after 4 months settling into our new home. As first time buyers, we hadn't a clue what to expect. After dealing with a number of estate agents, we have to say - our experience with McLernon's were second to none. Pearl was determined to find us the perfect first home and she did exactly that. We are forever greatful for all her efforts.

Very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond when my mortgage lender asked for a damp report - not only recommending a surveyor but also guiding us through an unexpected issue with the mortgage valuation, which made all the difference . Overall a really supportive experience, and I’d happily recommend them.
