GoogleVery poor experience. We were misled about a property and the vendor’s readiness to proceed, which led to wasted time, stress, and over £2,000 in wasted costs. Major issues that they knew / should have known about, such as an unadopted road with ownership issues, and property service charges weren't disclosed. Communication from them was rude and aggressive, and even basic requests (like written terms for a holding deposit) were refused. I would strongly recommend avoiding this agency. Update: CPS Omagh threatened me with legal action for leaving this review, calling it defamatory.

I had a very poor experience with CPS Property. We vacated the property at the end of August, and since then we have been chasing our deposit for over 4 months with absolutely no proper communication from the company.

GoogleOutstanding service. As a first time buyer I am very glad I went with CPS. I was kept informed and Darragh and Cathal took the stress out of buying and were only a phone call away to settle any questions. Very approachable and professional. We had excellent support throughout from our initial enquiry. A first class service.
