I Found Ryder & Dutton very slow to book you in to view properties, I requested viewings on a couple at the start of my search that took 9 days before we could see them, and this was with the agent doing the viewings not the vendors.After I viewed another property at a later date I bought my beautiful home through Ryder & Dutton and was introduced via email to Alexander who would be my key person through the sale, She kept me in the loop as much as possible, always replied to my emails promptly and it resulted in a smooth & quick sale. Communication was excellent and we were kept well informed about the progress of the sale which was achieved within a short timescale thanks to the diligence of the team. Lack of communication and clarity from this company regarding offers submitted. They seem to have no mobile phones and from abroad I have to use email. I submitted sniffer for a property and havens no response negative or positive.
