I was looking to buy an investment property in the area, my agent found me one and gave me Catherine's number at Ryder and Dutton. After a couple of phone calls I managed to secure the purchase of the property. The service was highly professional throughout, with no stressful problems and great communication.Outstanding work.

TrustpilotExcellent all around
I recently rented a property for just over two years with the lettings side of Ryder and Dutton. Couldn't be more impressed. What few problems I did have with the property over the two years (minor electrical issues and the like) were dealt with expeditiously, usually via a local contractor with whom R+D would already have a relationship. Highly recommend if you're looking to move to an area that they cover!

Ryder and Dutton were so professional and helpful. We are first time landlords so we felt quite anxious about the idea of renting out our property. We honestly couldn't have done it without the expertise of Gabby and the rest of the team!

Bought a house through Ryder & Dutton, actually completing tomorrow and they have been great, Amber showed us around the house and is lovely, helped us get our dream house. Geraldine has dealt with us once our offer got accepted and she liaised with both parties and our solicitors, chasing up what is happening and keeping us in the loop, really helpful and responded instantly when emailing with questions. Great experience and service. Also their recommended solicitors were top notch and have acted quickly on everything.

TrustpilotFriendly and good communication
It has felt like a long process as there have been a few bumps in the road, but Ryder and Dutton were very good at communicating. Zoe initially looked after us very well and was great at getting back to us. Once the sale and purchase process was fully underway, we were passed to Geraldine Marsden who was also very available and chased the relevant parties as required. Thank you Ryder and Dutton!

TrustpilotA daunting transition made easy!!
From the first meeting with Gabrielle, who ran through all the ins and outs to becoming landlords, to the finishing details whilst we prepared for our tenants to move in. Janki, Gabi and Samantha all played a huge part in making the process run smoothly. We faced a few hiccups in the road and needed extra support and understanding to which all the team helped us with immediately including Wendy. They offered more help than would be expected and always went above and beyond for us. We’ve been so impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, transparency, understanding and guidance. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you all.
